Our warehouse is out in Manassas VA, been running it for about 12 years now. I own the building and yeah any decisions about upgrades and that sort of thing go through me. Our bill sitting somewhere between 8 or 9 thousand so its something I want to get on top of. Roofs large say around 1800 square feet nothing blocking it that I know of.
