The Model
What exactly does GreyOps do?
We build outbound systems that deliver verified, pre-qualified leads to B2B companies. The system sources decision-makers in your niche, runs multi-channel outreach, qualifies responses, and hands you leads ready to close. You sell. We fill the top of the funnel.
What's included in setup?
Domain and inbox configuration, prospect list sourcing, qualification criteria mapped to your offer, outreach sequence copy, and campaign launch. Everything is built specifically for your company. You approve the targeting criteria before anything goes out.
How long does setup take?
Seven to ten business days from signed agreement to first emails going out. First leads typically arrive in week two or three depending on reply volume.
Pricing
How much does it cost?
$2,000 setup fee, paid once. Then $150 to $400 per qualified booked call, depending on your vertical and volume. You pay nothing until a qualified meeting lands.
When do I get billed?
Every Monday for the prior week's qualified meetings.
What counts as a qualified meeting?
A confirmed calendar booking with a decision-maker in your niche who is aware they're speaking with you. If the person who shows up isn't the decision-maker, it doesn't count and you don't pay for it.
Is there a monthly minimum?
No. You pay per lead delivered. If a week has zero qualified meetings, your Monday invoice is zero.
Do I pay during setup?
Only the $2,000 setup fee. Per-lead billing starts the Monday after the first qualified meeting is delivered.
The System
Do I own the system you build?
Yes. The infrastructure (inboxes, sequences, targeting criteria) is built in your name. If we ever stop working together, you keep it.
Do you send leads to multiple companies in my space?
No. Your system is exclusive to you. We don't share or split leads across clients in the same niche or geography.
What channels do you use?
Primary channel is cold email. LinkedIn outreach is available as an add-on depending on scope. We don't currently run paid ads as part of the lead gen system.
What CRM does the system connect to?
We integrate with HubSpot and most major CRMs. Leads and meeting details are pushed automatically on booking confirmation.
Results
How many meetings can I expect?
Realistic first-month range is 5 to 15 qualified meetings depending on your vertical, geographic scope, and targeting criteria. We don't promise a specific number before we've scoped your market. Anyone who does is guessing.
How long before I see results?
First meetings typically land 2 to 3 weeks after launch. Volume builds from there.
What happens if the leads aren't the right fit?
Tell us immediately. We adjust the targeting criteria before the next batch goes out. The qualification logic is not locked in. It updates based on what you're seeing.
