On The Call

What we'll cover in 15 minutes.

01

Your deal profile

What loan types you fund, minimum deal size, industries you work with. We confirm whether our pipeline matches what you can close and what we can exclude on your behalf.

02

The math

Average funded deal value and your close rate run against $100 per exclusive lead. You'll see exactly what a 25-lead starter batch returns before you commit to anything.

03

Go or no-go

If the numbers work, we sign and have your first leads in delivery within 16 days. If it's not a fit, we say so and point you somewhere useful. No pressure.

Delivery Timeline

From booking to first closed deal.

Here is the window you are working with once the contract is signed.

01

Day 1

03

Full Batch

Day 30 to 60

Short breakdowns of pricing, process, and the questions we answer on every call. Optional but recommended.

Price & Value

How we charge (and why there's no retainer)

$100 per exclusive business loan lead, prepay per batch. Starter batch is 25 leads. No retainer, no setup fee, no paying for a slow month. You pay for leads delivered, nothing else.

Trust & Credibility

Why other agencies failed you

The three execution failures we see constantly: broad targeting, broken inbox setup, nobody owning replies. Why those happen and how our process blocks each one.

Authority and access
Authority & Access

Reaching buyers no one else can

Decision-makers who have an active need but aren't looking for it online. Why they respond to direct outreach and how we reach them before anyone else does.

Scope & Fit

What a qualified lead looks like in your vertical

Exactly what we send and what we don't. Decision-maker, confirmed need, stated context and timeline. Nothing else counts toward your invoice.

We run two locations, combined monthly revenue around $140K. Tried to get a line of credit through our bank last month, they came back asking for two years of audited financials which we don't have clean. We need around $85K pretty fast to cover a kitchen refit before summer. Open to a merchant advance if the terms make sense. Haven't gone anywhere else yet.

We're a 6-year-old staffing agency, revenue just crossed $2.1M this year. Looking to open a second office and hire 4 more people. Someone mentioned an SBA 7(a) might be the right vehicle for this. We'd need around $400K to do it properly. Credit is good, been in business long enough. Just starting to look at options, no lender conversations yet.

We run a fleet of 11 trucks, gross revenue around $2.8M last year. Need to add three more units before Q3 or we lose a contract. Tried our bank but they want 20% down and a 90-day hold. Looking for around $280K in equipment financing. Been in business 7 years, credit is solid. Haven't spoken to any other lenders yet.

Our accountant suggested a line of credit or a short-term advance. We need around $120K within the next few weeks. Good payment history, no defaults. Just starting to look, no applications in yet.

What Clients Say

From people who've worked with us.

"First leads landed in 14 days. Every one had a live need, decision maker on the line, and no one else involved. We closed three from the first batch."

Ryan Callahan Director, Callahan Group

"The leads come in with context already stated. Our team spends zero time qualifying. They just show up and present."

Stephanie Marsh Head of Sales, Apex Group

"Knows his stuff. We built out lead gen campaigns together via email and saw a 10x ROI from the initial engagement fee. Acquiring high-paying customers at a massively lower CPA than anything else we'd tried."

Felix Founder

"We're a NY firm that relied on referrals for years. Growth stalled. GreyOps rebuilt our sales and lead gen systems from the ground up and installed a new outbound operating system. Still running alongside us and the partnership has been great."

Michael Principal, New York

"Really impressed with the quality of leads across our IT and manufacturing verticals. The team is responsive, organized, and clearly knows outbound. Looking forward to continuing this partnership."

Questions we hear on every call.

Read this so we can use the call for something useful.

The Model
What exactly does GreyOps do?
We generate exclusive, pre-qualified business loan leads for brokers, ISOs, direct lenders, sales orgs, and credit unions. Our system finds business owners actively seeking funding, runs targeted outreach, qualifies their need, loan size, and timeline, then delivers the lead directly to you. Average funded deal from our pipeline is $70K+. You close. We fill the top of the funnel.
What's included in setup?
All we need is your onboarding form, your qualification criteria, and your average deal size and close rate. We plug that into our system and generate your leads from there. First leads arrive within one to two weeks depending on volume. Starter batch is 25 to 50 leads.
How long does setup take?
First leads arrive within one to two weeks. Volume builds from there. Starter batch is 25 to 50 leads depending on your needs.
Pricing
How much does it cost?
$100 per exclusive business loan lead. Starter batch is 25 to 50 leads. Every lead is exclusive to you, never shared. Upfront on batch prepay. Volume pricing available above 50 leads.
When do I get billed?
Upfront on batch prepay. That is the only billing model we run.
What counts as a qualified meeting?
A lead that passes all 14 points on our qualification standard. If a lead fails the standard, it gets replaced at no cost.
Is there a monthly minimum?
No monthly minimum. You can pay per delivered lead, or pre order a batch after your initial batch test.
Results
What happens if the leads aren't the right fit?
Tell us immediately. We adjust the targeting criteria before the next batch goes out. The qualification logic is not locked in. It updates based on what you're seeing.
The Call
What should I bring to the call?
Your average deal size and your current close rate if you have it. Everything else we figure out together.
How long is the call?
Fifteen to thirty minutes. We cover your current pipeline, run the math on your numbers, and either move forward or decide it is not the right fit.
What happens after the call?
If it makes sense, we sign the agreement and start setup within 48 hours. If it doesn't, we'll tell you straight and point you toward what would make more sense for your situation.
