GreyOps Fulfillment Policy


At GreyOps.io our fulfillment process is built around delivering high impact hands on growth consulting services. As an embedded partner we work directly within your business to execute across sales, marketing, and product functions.

Once an engagement is confirmed and onboarding is complete GreyOps.io begins execution within the agreed timeline.


This includes strategic planning, operational execution, and ongoing optimization. Strategic planning covers the initial audit, strategy sessions, and roadmap creation. Operational execution includes deployment of GreyOps.io team members across functions.


Ongoing optimization includes weekly check ins, performance reporting, and iterative improvements. All services are delivered remotely unless otherwise specified.

Project start dates are confirmed after contract signing and initial payment. Most engagements begin within 7 to 14 business days of confirmation. Project timelines and milestones are defined in the Scope of Work.

Due to the high involvement and resource intensive nature of our work all payments are non refundable once service delivery has commenced. If an engagement is canceled prior to kickoff a partial refund may be issued minus onboarding and allocation fees.


Clients may cancel an engagement with 14 days written notice. Work performed and committed team hours up to that point will be billed. Future scheduled work will be halted upon cancellation confirmation.


Our fulfillment includes embedded team members, ongoing deliverables such as dashboards reports and systems, live strategy and training calls, and documentation and handoffs at project conclusion.

We maintain open communication via email Slack if shared and scheduled Google meetings. Our team responds within one business day to all client communications.
